Sprung

A little sun
A little rain
Grass is first to wake –
The landscape no longer plain!

Standing tall daffodils
Hyacinth
And tulips –
“Okay, it’s time to DO this!”

So why am I in here tapping these keys?
It’s warm
It’s transformed
And I have to pull up a million little trees…
